Where academic achievements are concerned, we continued to sustain or outperform our MOE expected targets in most of the subjects and courses.
Our 2015 Sec 4 Express Course had given the school the best results ever. L1B5 which refers to a computation of first language and best 5 subjects, is used as a measurement of the Sec 4 Express Course. Our school has outperformed the MOE expected aggregate by about 5 points as seen from the chart, by obtaining an aggregate of less than 20 points. What it means is that on average, each subject has done 1 grade better than the expected target. Despite the low PSLE T-score, 53% of our Sec 4 Express students are eligible for Junior Colleges and 96% of them is eligible for Polytechnic courses.
The good results are attributed to teachers coaching students, be it subject teachers, form teachers, CCA teachers, key personnel and even school leaders.
